Perspective

"Look out any window
See what's going on in the world around you."
Bruce Hornsby

Each window out there represents a person or two.
Each window gives us a slightly different perspective.

When you think about it,
what's going on in the world is the same for all of us.
Our perspective might be shaped by where our window is located.
Or by the people who share our window.
So many different things shape our perspective.

One thing I know...
It's vital, in this life,
to try and look at the world through as many windows as possible.
And, at the very least,
to learn from people who's window on the world
is very different from our own.

  7. Wow, that is so true! People really do see things uniquely and I guess that is why people say there are two sides to a story. There is usually something valid in each window.
