New Eyes

My children are my forever landscape.
Watching them grow, and weather each
new season, is my life's voyage.
And has given me new eyes.

Adrienne, our children are our forever landscape. Another beautiful capture of your sweet love for them.

I agree with Ayala. I love the concept of children as our eternal landscape. Yet I don't think of myself as their gardener. Well, I do fertilize and water them from time to time :).

Landscape, weather, season, voyage! Love your imagery! And I couldn't agree more. Our children help us to see things in a whole new light.

Children don't miss much. They are always paying attention to their surroundings, even when it doesn't seem like it.

"Forever landscape"-- perfect description. I can't see very far into the distance, but I know what's right here in front of me, changing with the seasons.

Such a beautiful analogy. Moterhood is like that, isn't it?
