We called ourselves Radnor Actor's Workshop.
From my freshman moment Wrapped in this bandit's cloak....
...through four years of spending lots and lots of Time Together....
...time Telling Stories...
...lots and lots of different stories.
We were a Couple (well, more than a couple) of crazy kids
who LOVED the theater...their rehearsal time, their performance time
and their cubby-holed classroom.
But there was nothing - absolutely nothing - that any of those crazy students
loved more than their teacher.
This mentor and friend who was good and kind and talented and so generous.
And who could NEVER EVER be Duplicated!
“What is a teacher?
I'll tell you: it isn't someone who teaches something, but someone who inspires the student to give of her best in order to discover what she already knows.”
― Paulo Coelho, The Witch of Portobello

Oh my - these photos are great! I have never been in a play - too scared to try out - but I always secretly wanted too.
ReplyDeleteGreat photos, but even better memories! What a wonderful tribute to your teacher.
ReplyDeleteGreat shots, Adrienne! I love that last one...
ReplyDeleteThese look like wonderful memories.
ReplyDeleteWhat fantastic memories! How creative to use them for the scav hunt this week!
ReplyDeleteGood thing we have cameras to capture memorable scenes from our life. We have something to look at and reminisce our past.
ReplyDeleteOh Adrienne - this are wonderful, and I love how you put them together. They were wonderful times, and Brian really was the best. Love your blog. He did make us reach inside ourselves to make us grow.
ReplyDeleteThere's nothing like a great teacher!
