Black and White Wednesday ~ Crater's Edge

Standing on the edge of Crater Lake is a moving experience.
The colors, the vastness...so scenic and majestic.
It's easy to be taken in by the beauty
and get comfortable surrounded by tourists from all over the world.
But, when I look at the trees,
I'm reminded just how wild and treacherous this place can really be.

  4. The black and white really focuses in on the treachery, where in a color shot you might miss it! Great job!!!
