Black and White Wednesday ~ Rooftops

Boston's Copley Square was named for the painter John Singleton Copley.
The glory of the historical buildings around the square are reflected in the John Hancock tower
that was added to this cityscape in 1976.
If you're a Bostonian, this square is a slice of home.
If you're a tourist, this square is a must see.
I love wandering around these parts of our city and imagining all the stories
these rooftops could tell.
Stories about how things have changed,
and how they're still the same.

"May you always have walls for the winds,
a roof for the rain,
tea beside the fire,
laughter to cheer you,
those you love near you
and all your heart might desire."
