Black & White Wednesday ~ Fenway Magic


To a Fenway Park ball game.
Any time.
There's magic in this place!
So much history.


There's history in the making this year.
Because it's Papi's last season.
Sigh.


I love this guy.
The whole city loves this guy!


He brings the magic.
Over and over again.
And it's gonna be hard to say good bye.

    It's a venerable old ballpark, though the seats are a little narrow in the outfield. I'm a White Sox fan, and I can remember watching the games from there on TV. Enjoy it while no one figures to tear it down and build a new one in its place...

    I imagine the fever over baseball is like the fever over cricket and football and tennis here. There are always so many hopes held for a team, especially when it is known to be a players last.
