Last year Melissa and I went to Savannah for a couple of days.
Pure Joy!
Best road trip I've ever been on!!
We talked and talked. Hardly got lost at all.
Wandered, sipped iced drinks, took some tours...
and talked some more!
Oh, and did I mention the laughter?
There was lots of that too!

ReplyDeleteI love the mother-daughter bonding. My mom and I drove across country when I moved to the East Coast for graduate school and we had such a wonderful time. Too bad we didn't take pictures or at least journal about it. xo-Molly
