    Lovely. I think when you lead a busy life and are constantly with others you need solitude to be you, to think clearly and to reflect.

    Solitude is in my opinion one element of a healthy being - just like nap-time when we were young (and some of us getting old) everyone needs it now and again for a better balance.

    I have had a lot of solitude since the kids went back to school. It used to bother me but now I relish it and find it re-energizes me. xo
